The Indigenous Women's Program is part of Women's Legal Services NSW based in Sydney. Their mission is to provide free legal advice and community legal education to Indigenous women throughout NSW, in particular to those who live in remote rural areas.

The program provides generalist free legal advice on Employment Law, Discrimination Law, Family Law, Credit and Debt, Victims Compensation, Care and Protection and Apprehended Violence Orders. They also refer clients to culturally appropriate government and private services.

The Indigenous Women's Program consists of an Indigenous program manager, two Indigenous program assistants and one non-Indigenous solicitor. The program’s Indigenous staff are the first point of contact for all clients.

Indigenous women may access the service through the Indigenous Women's Legal Contact Line on freecall 1800 639 784. Opening hours are as follows:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm. They are closed for lunch between 12:30-1:30pm and on Wednesdays.

The Indigenous Women’s Program also conducts various outreaches and Community Legal Education Seminars throughout rural NSW.
