There are a number of legal arrangements that may help you plan for the future and put your affairs in order. You may also have responsibility for the legal or financial affairs of the person you care for. When you are already busy with the many demands of working and caring it may seem like a lot of extra work. But planning ahead is worthwhile and may help you avoid difficult situations in the future.
